Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Good product.

Very nice compact slim design and light weight. Travel friendly so has automatic shut off so you don't waste battery. I would gladly buy again and give some as gifts.

Nice looking & very light scale

Shipping very fast. Ordered it 1/19 & got it on 1/22! Nice looking & very light scale. Battery included in this scale. So i was able to test it right away. So far it's working! Easy to operate just read & follow instructions. I don't know if this scale is durable. Will give an update.

The only bad thing is that it was set to kilograms and not pounds and defaults to kilograms if the batteries are replaced. The numbers are easy to read and it came with batteries. Unfortunately I wasn't able to read the kg well (didn't bother to look and the letters are really small) so I over packed the bag. The accuracy was perfect as the kg number was the same as the airport check in scale.
